If a free trial is offered:
You may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, the payment is non-refundable.
If you have been mistakenly charged more than once for the same subscription period, please contact our support team. After verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only.
We strive to maintain uptime and performance across all platforms. If you experience a technical issue:
First, contact our support team for troubleshooting.
If our team cannot resolve the problem and you are unable to use the service at all, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Note: Temporary outages, ISP problems, or issues with customer devices do not qualify for a refund.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access to the Service,
Block your account from future use,
Report the incident to anti-fraud networks.
